What is Cynergy Boot Camp?

 


Cynergy Boot Camp is an intensive, 4-week (20 day) program that incorporates:

  • fitness testing & instruction

  • resistance training

  • functional training

  • core / abdominal work

  • partner & team exercise

  • cardiovascular exercise

  • team building

  • motivation

What type of exercise does this involve?

 

Cynergy Boot Camp classes are designed to give you a total body workout. You can expect running/walking, cardiovascular challenges, partner exercises, athletic drills, creative resistance training, relay races and much more.  Take a look at our slide show and videos!

 

 

Is Cynergy Boot Camp right for me?

 

This program is designed for people who have made a commitment about getting fit. Over the course of four weeks, we progressively challenge your mind and body. The Cynergy Boot Camp environment is positive and motivating for the mind, body and soul!

 

We welcome youth in our Boot Camps and training programs too.  Each child must go through a fitness evaluation to determine readiness.

 

 

 

 

What results can I expect?

 

At the end of 4 weeks, you will have increased strength, endurance and cardiovascular output, improved posture, achieved better relaxation and gained 100% self-confidence.  You may be inclined to return for a second or third camp! Expect to be in the best shape of your life!  Check out the 2008 results!

What if I want to take another Boot Camp?

We have found that nearly 50% of all boot campers come back for another camp or more!  We offer a discounted rate for returning boot campers of only $200.

Where does Cynergy Boot Camp take place?

Cynergy Boot Camp is held 7 months during the year - rain or shine - from April to October!

 

However, we do have Boot Camp Saturdays from November through March.  Be sure and stop in!

 

We will post our 2009 schedule early next year.

 

What do I bring?

 

Bring 2-3 water bottles, your running shoes, layers of clothing, yoga mat and a positive attitude!
 

What is the cost?

 

The four-week boot camp is $250. That’s twenty hours of instruction - which averages out to just $12.50 per work-out session. Personal trainers can typically charge $40 to $120 per hour for their services - this is a great chance to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost.

 

Repeat Boot Campers:  $200.

 

Wedding Party Discounts:  Cynergy will offer a free Boot Camp to the Bride or Groom when 4 or more members from the wedding party sign up for the same month!  Let us know when you register.

 

Do you have a refund policy?

 

We can only give you a credit towards another boot camp if you are unable to continue with the one you began because of circumstance beyond your control. This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given towards private training. There is no cash refund.

 

Are there any other requirements?

 

If you are a New Boot Camper, you will

  • complete the registration form with your Health & Medical History information

  • read and complete the Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk Form, and

  • register no later than Saturday the day BEFORE the start of Boot Camp.

What is the Cynergy Boot Camp Schedule?

 

Cynergy Boot Camp participants meet every day, Monday thru Friday for 60 minutes during the 4-week program during the months of April through October.

 

NOTE:  Boot Camp training days will be held on holidays, unless noted otherwise.

 

All participants are expected to arrive on time. Cynergy Boot Camp starts promptly and ends promptly. No exceptions or delays will be made for late arrivals.
